Join us as we escape to a serene oasis just 30 minutes from Stockholm city - Nynäs Havsbad Spa Hotel. Relax, rejuvenate, and explore the swedish archipelago like never before.
Just a short 30-minute drive from the bustling heart of Stockholm city, you find yourself in a coastal paradise. It's a haven where the sea meets serenity, and luxury intertwines with nature. This is precisely what our staycation at Nynäs Havsbad Hotel outside the Stockholm archipelago felt like.
Arriving to Nynäs Havsbad
As the clock struck 16:30, we eagerly checked into our room adorned with breathtaking ocean views. The mere sight of the glistening water was enough to wash away the city's cares. Without wasting a moment, we made our way to the island where the spa awaited. We were warmly greeted with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for our tranquil escape.
Nynäs Havsbad Pools and Saunas
The spa boasts not one but two heated pools - one indoor, one outdoor. Picture yourself, the cool breeze in your hair, submerged in warm waters while gazing at the archipelago's beauty. To further unwind, they offer three distinct saunas, a relaxation room, and even the unique experience of cold water bathing in the ocean. The icy plunge, particularly invigorating during this season, perfectly complements the soothing saunas and heated pools. As we soaked in the bliss of the bath, we indulged in a guilty pleasure - ordering cocktails from the bar. Sipping a tantalizing drink amidst the stormy, moody weather while enveloped in warm waters was an unforgettable experience.
Dinner at Nynäs Havsbad Hotel
After a couple of hours of pampering, it was time for dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The four-course meal was a culinary treat. With multiple options for each course, our taste buds danced with delight.
Early Morning at the Spa
A peaceful night's sleep prepared us for an early morning spa session. Around 8 to 8:30, we headed to the spa, and to our surprise, we had the entire place to ourselves. It was a serene way to start the day, followed by a hearty breakfast.
Before checking out, we couldn't resist one final rendezvous with the spa, marking our third visit. Nynäs Havsbad, even during our stay, was blissfully uncrowded. We could only imagine the buzz it holds during high season.
